Important information before the registration:

• The deadline for registration is June 1, 2025.
• Selection process is assumed for the registered participants. You will get the confirmation/rejection email by June 9, 2025.
• In case you are selected, along with the participation approval, you will get also instructions how to make the registration fee payment. Please note that early registration and payment transfer are very welcome.
• We intend to have some amount of scholarships for academia participants to cover (fully or partially) their participation fees. To apply for the scholarship, please mark the corresponding checkbox in the form below. You will be contacted with the request to provide some documents or additional details.
